Planned Giving Accelerated: How a Local Nonprofit Landed $2.2 Million in Bequest Commitments in 2021

Early last year, Cheryl McCormick, CEO of Athens Area Humane Society, decided to invest to join my first class of Planned Giving Accelerator.

Cheryl had previously taken a course in Planned Giving, but ended up paying A LOT to get very little real-world advice.

I’m grateful that Cheryl recognized Planned Giving Accelerator is different – that my mission is to cut through the complexity and confusion to offer an easy and accessible path to Planned Giving success.

Since then, Cheryl has secured a staggering $2.2 million in bequest commitments, with more in the pipeline.

You don’t need a calculator to know that’s quite a good return on investment.

If you join my next class that kicks off in January, you can have similar success in 2022. All it takes is about an hour of your time each week over the course of six months.

I’ll give you all the advice and tools you need for Planned Giving success along with the added bonus of peer-to-peer learning from fellow ambitious fundraisers: Your classmates who will become your friends.

Better yet: Sign up before Tuesday, Dec. 14 and you can get the special holiday offer rate.

In Cheryl’s words, “Don’t waste another year wishing you had an effective planned gift program in place for your nonprofit.”
